eZe-talk: Our statement of intent

For almost 10 years, eZe-Talk has been offering fantastic offers on broadband and cutting telephone bills to our customers, providing them with the latest products, at the cutting edge of today’s telecoms technology.

By working with network providers operating on the UK telecoms network, eZe-talk offers an alternative to the products offered by the network providers and pass the savings onto the customer.

In the past, we have found that our external sales partners and call centers have let us down or operated in a way that made customers feel unhappy with our product.

We feel that many customers deserve an apology from us for not taking firmer action then and a commitment that we will improve for the future.

As we move to the future, we want our customers – old and new – to be happy joining us.  While our call packages and broadband deals are value for money compared to other operators,  we feel our customers need more than that to be with us.

By opening up new channels of communication, talking to our customer and making things more open for our customers, eZe-talk are inviting our customers to help us improve what we do.
